An Immersive Experience

Silent Retreats

Where the noise finally stops.

For the woman who has spent years performing, achieving, and managing — who has become so fluent at doing that she has lost access to being.

Not a spa weekend. Not a yoga retreat. Not another programme to complete.

A genuine pause. A multi-day container of silence, somatic restoration, and embodied practice — held in an intimate setting with a small number of women who understand what it costs to lead at the level you lead.

Why silence

The Most Radical Thing You Can Do

The women who arrive at these retreats are not broken. They are exhausted in a way that productivity cannot fix, because the exhaustion is not from doing too much — it is from being too long away from themselves.

Silence is not the absence of sound. It is the presence of something that cannot be heard when you are busy performing your life. Your own knowing. Your own body intelligence. The deeper current of who you actually are beneath the role.

Most senior leaders have not stopped — genuinely stopped — in years. Some have never stopped. The nervous system does not know how to rest because it has been trained to be perpetually ready. These retreats are, among other things, an education in what genuine rest actually feels like.

You cannot hear your own knowing over the sound of your own doing.

That is what we are here to address.

The shape of the days

What the Retreat Holds

Arrival & Settling

The first hours are devoted to the transition — from doing to being. There is no agenda to review, no ice-breaker, no performance of arrival. You are guided into the space and given time to let your nervous system understand that it is genuinely safe to stop.

Extended Silence

Significant portions of each day are held in intentional silence. Not the performative silence of a meditation class, but the sustained, generous quiet that allows the deeper layers of awareness to become audible again. Most women have not experienced this since childhood, if ever.

Somatic & Embodied Practice

Each day includes guided embodied practice led by Devi — movement, breath, and somatic awareness work designed to help the body release what it has been holding. This is not fitness. It is the body remembering its own intelligence.

Individual Reflection Time

Unstructured time is built into each day. No device access. No tasks. Space to walk, write, rest, or simply be without direction. For most women at this level, this is the rarest and most radical thing on offer.

Facilitated Group Sessions

Once trust and quiet have been established, Devi facilitates brief, deep group sessions — not processing circles, but guided excavations that the silence has made possible. What surfaces in these rooms changes things.

Integration & Closing

The final sessions are devoted to landing — consolidating what has shifted, identifying what returns with you, and closing in a way that honours the depth of what has been opened. You leave not finished, but changed.

The women in the room

Who the Retreats Are For

✦

You are a senior leader, founder, or executive who has not genuinely stopped in years — and your body is beginning to make that known.

✦

You understand that what you need is not another strategy session, a wellness programme, or a performance hack. You need to stop.

✦

You are ready to be in a small room with a small number of women who understand the specific weight of operating at the level you operate at.

✦

You have done some level of inner work and are not coming to a retreat for the first time — you know what genuine depth feels like and you are ready for it.

✦

You can hold extended silence and are not looking for entertainment, stimulation, or distraction. You are looking for rest.

✦

You are prepared to be away from your devices, your responsibilities, and your performance for several days — and you understand why that is the point.
