These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website srilalitadevi.com and all related services, programmes, and digital products offered by SriLalitaDevi LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Offered
SriLalitaDevi LLC offers the following services:
- The Liberation Blueprint — a group transformation programme
- Elite Mentorship Forum — a high-level group mentorship container
- Private 1:1 Mentorship — personalised mentorship by application
- Member Area — a recurring subscription portal ($47/month) providing access to exclusive content, tools, and resources
- Digital products, books, and educational resources
- Discovery Call consultations
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not barred from receiving services under applicable law. Our services are designed for founders, executives, and intuitive high achievers committed to authentic alignment and conscious leadership.
3. Member Area Subscription
Billing
The Member Area is billed at $47 per month via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise SriLalitaDevi LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your Member Area profile, or by contacting us at support@srilalitadevi.com. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Access
Member Area access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our services and content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. For programme enrolments, any refund terms specific to that programme will be communicated in the enrolment agreement.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days at support@srilalitadevi.com and we will review your case.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on srilalitadevi.com — including text, audio, video, applications, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, and the Liberation Blueprint and Shadow Burnout frameworks — is the exclusive intellectual property of SriLalitaDevi LLC and is protected by copyright law.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use content within the Member Area for your personal development. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
6. User Conduct
By using our services, you agree not to:
- Share, reproduce, or distribute Member Area content outside the platform
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate SriLalitaDevi LLC or any of its representatives
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
- Use the content to train AI models or for automated scraping
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with our services
7. Results Disclaimer
Our programmes, content, and mentorship services are educational and transformational in nature. Individual results vary significantly based on personal effort, circumstances, background, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes — financial, personal, professional, or otherwise — from participation in our services.
Testimonials and case studies shared on our website reflect the experiences of individual clients and are not guarantees of results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SriLalitaDevi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SriLalitaDevi LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
